Exhibition of Professor Stanislaw Baj "The Mother" in Chelm Museum, Poland. The exhibition "The Mother", takes place in the branch of Chelm Museum at ul. Św. Mikołaja 4, in the former unitary-orthodox church. The opening of the exhibition took place on June 28. The exhibition presents the most recent series of Stanisław Baj work. Professor Stanisław Baj is an established painter. His roots are in Dolhobrody, in Lublin region. He is a renowned professor of painting at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts and the deputy rector of the Academy. The exhibition will remain open throughout the month of July.

The art exhibition "Art map of Ukraine" was held at Kiev Museum of Modern Fine Arts of Ukraine from 27.03 till 27.04.2008. Among others, painting works of Tamara Gridjaeva were presented.
Tamara's art has been acknowledged by the professionals of the Kiev Museum of Modern Fine Arts of Ukraine, which bought some of her works for their permanent display and entered her name to the list of the artists of Lviv for 1900-2008. Next exhibition in Kiev, Ukraine will take place from 30.04 till 10.05.2008.

Annual post-workshop exhibition of International Art Workshops - Pienkow 2007 takes place at the Academy of Fine Arts of Poznan, Poland, this year. The exhibition has called a lot of interest and applause. The opening of the exhibition has drawn a large number of visitors, mainly students expressing their interest in the project. The alumni of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan participated in Pienkow International Art Workshops for the second time this year. One of them, Tomasz Kalitko, an assistant of professor Tomasz Psuja, won the winners prize at the competition.
Prof. Piotr Kielan - dean of the Painting Faculty of Wroclaw Academy of Art, Dr. Marek M. Pienkowski, Prof. Wojciech Muller - rector and Prof. Tomasz Psuja - dean of the Painting Faculty of Poznan Academy of Art were opening the exhibition. Traditionally, after the opening ceremony, the members of Pienkow family were invited to an exquisite dinner.
